Our story
Hila Shaked was a class teacher on the team led by alon yerushalmy at a public school in Hadera in 2020. After two years, our paths diverged, but our hearts remained deeply connected — and that's how our wonderful podcast was born.
Hila Shaked
Waldorf educator, educational consultant, and animal-assisted therapist. Married to Amit and mother to Dror, Naveh, and Eitan, currently living in the U.S.
For me, the podcast is a heartfelt continuation of many deep conversations I've had with alon yerushalmy about self-education and inner development. Alon Yerushalmy
An educator, 52 years old, married to Keren and father to Oria, Adva, and Eliad. I live in Kiryat Tiv'on. I have spent many years teaching and leading at the Waldorf School "Shaked" in Tiv'on. I founded and directed the democratic school "Park" in Hadera, and currently teach sixth grade at Shaked. My work has long focused on education, personal growth, and guiding both parents and teaching staff. I am happy to share my knowledge and experience in the fields of education and development.
