Teaching in the first years is a journey—full of challenges, questions, crossroads, and uncertainties.
This group was born out of deep listening to beginning teachers—those who don't just want to survive the year, but truly thrive within it.

Who is this suitable for?

  • Teachers and educators in their early years of work – in Waldorf, public, or any other educational setting.
    For anyone seeking a supportive professional community – and no longer wants to feel alone in the classroom.

When does this happen?

  • Registration opens in Summer 2025
    The first meeting will take place in September
    Full-year program – with a monthly payment option available

How does it work?

  • Biweekly Zoom Meeting (2 hours)

  • Each session includes:
    • One hour of inspiration and practical tools
    • One hour of sharing, peer consultation, and collaborative learning

  • Group size: 10–14 participants
    Facilitated by Hila Shaked and alon yerushalmy

• Building relationships with parents
• Teamwork and establishing healthy authority
• Managing educational projects (such as a class play or main lesson block)
• Emotional connection with children – practical tools
• Self-education through anthroposophical inspiration
